Dedicated to Safety
Our primary objective with the safety initiative is to guarantee that our team is well-versed in emergency protocols, accident avoidance techniques, safety consciousness, and proper work practices. Through our training regimen, we aim to cultivate a culture of safety and accountability.
We also aim to equip individuals with the essential skills to safeguard themselves and others from harm at work. Particularly, recruits receive special attention through comprehensive orientation sessions, acquainting them with emergency procedures and promoting safe and effective work habits.
Creating a secure and healthy work environment is a collective endeavor. Management values and actively encourages employees’ involvement in achieving this goal.
Supervisory Duties for Health and Safety
Our supervisors bear crucial responsibility for the well-being and safety of all individuals under their direct supervision. This entails providing comprehensive instructions, raising awareness regarding all known or foreseeable hazards, and ensuring adherence to established safety protocols and regulations. This is to execute tasks safely. Workers must operate safely, familiarize themselves with and adhere to all rules, protocols, and regulations. This is actively contributing to the creation of a secure, healthy, and productive work environment.
